Watermelon Julep

 Ingredients

• SodaStream Sparkling Water
• 90ml Bourbon
• 40ml Simple Syrup
• 3 Slices of Watermelon, skin removed and chopped
• 2 Sprigs of Mint
• Mint and Watermelon to garnish
• Crushed ice

 Directions

• Fizz cold fresh water with SodaStream Sparkling Water Maker
• Begin by muddling the watermelon in a cocktail shaker along with the mint leaves
• Then add the simple syrup and bourbon and muddle again
• Strain equally between two glasses filled with crushed ice
• Top up with SodaStream sparkling water and garnish with mint sprigs
