 Ingredients

• SodaStream Sparkling Water
• .5 oz Soda Press Co Classic Tonic Mix
• 2 oz Gin
• Lemon Spiral Garnish

 Directions

• Fizz cold fresh water with SodaStream Sparkling Water Maker
• Add all ingredients to shaker with ice
• Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass
• For added theatre, garnish with spiraled lemon skin
