Help - Shopping Cart

This help area will give you the step by step process on how to use our ecommerce store from arriving to the store to adding items to the shopping cart. After reviewing this area you should be able to purchase items from our store with ease.

Step 1 - The Home Page
Once you arrive at the Soda Stream Canada ecommerce area, you will be presented with our home page as shown below. You can get to the home page at any time by clicking on the Soda Stream logo on the top left hand side.

Step 2 - Selecting Categories & Category View
From the home page you can click on the top menu system to view the products in each category. By clicking on the top menu links, you can view the available Starter Kits, Soda Mixes, Gas Refills, Bottles, & Accessories. You can also view the items that are on sale by clicking the sale button. Below is the category listing for Starter Kits. You can get more information on a product by clicking on the title of the product or clicking on an image.

Step 3 - Product View
After clicking on a product title from the Category View, you will see the product details. This will give you information on the product as well as pricing. If you wish to buy the item, click on the "Add to Cart" button below the product image. If you want to see a close up of the image, you can click on the image to zoom.

Step 4 - Shopping Cart
Once you click on add to cart, you will be brought to the shopping cart listing which shows you what is currently in your shopping cart. You can also view what is in the shopping cart by clicking on the "My Cart" link on the top right hand side of the website.

Update Quantities
If you wish to update quantities, then enter the amount of items you want in the quantity box and then click the "Update" button to update the quantity. If you do not click on the update button then the quantity will not update.

Continue Shopping & Checking Out
From here you can continue shopping by clicking on the continue shopping button below or by clicking on the top category menu buttons to go to a specific category. If you wish to checkout, then click in the checkout button to start the checkout process. You can also checkout by clicking the blue checkout button on the top right hand side of the website.

Step 5 - Login or Create a Profile
Once you click on the checkout button you will be brought to a login screen if you are not logged in. If you are already logged in then you can skip to step 7.

Login Process
From the login screen you can login if you already have an account with us. From here enter in your email address and password.

Create Account
If you do not have an account, then click on the create account button.

Step 6 - Create an Account
The create account page requires you to fill in your personal details. Once this is entered it will be saved and linked to your account. Your shipping and billing address will be pre-poulated with this information every time you login when you shop here again.

Step 7 - Checkout Shipping - Checkout Process 1 of 4
This is step 1 of 4 for the checkout process. Here you will select the shipping method from the available options. You must also verify your shipping address on this page.

Step 8 - Checkout Payment - Checkout Process 2 of 4
This is step 2 of 4 for the checkout process. Here you will select the payment method from the available options. You must also verify your billing address on this page.

Step 9 - Checkout Confirmation - Checkout Process 3 of 4
This is step 3 of 4 for the checkout process. Here you will verify all information regarding the purchase. THe delivery address, billing address, payment information, and products in the shopping cart will be all listed. The total amount that your card will be charged to your credit card will also be listed. Please reviewe this information and then click on the "Confirm Order" button to finalize your order.

Step 10 - Checkout Success - Checkout Process 4 of 4
Once your order has been finalized, you will be sent to a checkout success page. An email will also be sent to you with an overview of the shipping address, the billing address, and the items in your shopping cart. Items will be shipped the same business day if orders are made before 12:00 noon. Otherwise it will be shipped out the next business day.

Orders with CO2 Refill Canisters
Orders that have exchange (refill) CO2 canisters will require that the refill canisters be received before the items are shipped out. Information will be provided to you on how to ship the empty CO2 canisters to us.
