Diet Harvest Iced Tea(submitted by Peggy S.) 4 oz. Spiced Apple Cider 6 oz. Sodastream Diet Lemon-Lime 6 oz. Sugar-Free Iced Tea
Mix all ingredients and add ice. Especially good garnished with a cinnamon stick and a slice of orange! Note from the chef: To make spiced cider, heat one gallon in a saucepan or crock pot with 6-8 cinnamon sticks and 1 tablespoon of whole cloves. Simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and refrigerate.
Tart and Tiny (4 oz. Sodastream Diet Pink Grapefruit) 4 oz. Sodastream Diet Cranberry-Raspberry 1 1/2 oz. Gin 1 1/2 oz. Raspberry liqueur Slice of orange

Morning Rush(submitted by Erin R.) 4 oz. Sodastream Energy Drink 4 oz. Sodastream Orange Soda 4 oz. Sodastream Diet Pink Grapefruit
Pour sodas over crushed ice in a large glass. Squeeze in a slice of orange for a punch of freshness.
Blueberries and Cream Supreme(submitted by Miriam N.) 1-2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries 2 scoops vanilla ice cream 2 tsp. vanilla extract 6-8 ice cubes 1 liter Sodastream seltzer Whipped cream and mint (optional)
Place blueberries, ice cream, vanilla, ice cubes and 1/2 liter of seltzer in a blender. Blend until smooth. Stir in remaining seltzer. Pour into frappe glasses, and garnish with whipped cream and sprigs of mint, if desired. Makes 4 servings. Variations - use low-fat frozen yogurt or ice milk in place of ice cream. Try substituting SodaStream Cranberry-Raspberry (or Diet Cran-Ras) in place of seltzer for a triple-berry treat!
Ginger Chai Refresher (submitted by Jessie A.) 4 Chai teabags 3 Cups boiling water 1 liter Sodastream Ginger Ale (or Diet Ginger Ale) Cinnamon Sticks (optional)
Brew Chai in a teapot for 10 minutes, using 4 teabags and 3 cups of boiling water Cool completely. Over ice in an iced tea glass, pour 3/4 of a cup of tea. Top with Sodastream Ginger Ale (or Diet Ginger Ale.) Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Peppermint Egg Cream 1 bottle Sodastream Seltzer, highly carbonated (5 or more buzzes) About 4 oz. whole milk About 2 oz. chocolate syrup 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
Into a tall glass, pour about 2 inches of ice-cold whole milk, followed by mint extract, and insert a long spoon Add extra-fizzy seltzer until the glass is nearly full Slowly add chocolate syrup in a thin stream and stir gently to mix For best results, use very cold ingredients Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint or a candy cane

Mix Cranberry-Raspberry and Lemon-Lime sodas in a champagne flute Adjust combination to taste Garnish with a wedge of lime
In a "cauldron," mix equal parts Soda-Club Grape and Orange sodas. Float scoops of orange and lime sherbet to make the punch look extra toxic. Or, for a ghoulish garnish, fill a clean disposable glove with water and freeze until hard. Remove the glove and float your ice hand in the punch. Eerie Halloween fun!

Berry Dream 4 oz. Sodastream Cranberry-Raspberry 2 oz. Light cream 1/4 cup Strawberries, raspberries or blueberries in syrup 1 cup ice
In a blender, puree ice, cream and berries until smooth and creamy Pour into a cup and stir in soda Extra special treat: Serve in a martini glass, garnished with a sprig of mint and fresh berries
Shirley Temple 8 oz. Sodastream Ginger Ale 1 1/2 oz. Grenadine or maraschino cherry juice Maraschino cherries
Pour grenadine or cherry juice over ice. Add Ginger Ale and serve with a cherry on top!

Pour all into a tall glass over ice. Garnish with mint sprig, or lemon, lime or orange wedge. Note from the chef: Adjust proportions to your desired level of sweetness. Try using other juices or combinations of juices, as well.

Fill a large tumbler with crushed ice Fill up 1/3 with pineapple juice, 1/3 with Sodastream Energy Drink and top off with 1/3 Sodastream Diet Lemon-Lime (or regular Lemon-Lime) Note from the chef: Other tropical juices are also very good in this drink recipe – try pineapple-orange-guava!
Margarita Fizz(submitted by Ed P. of TX) Juice from 1 large lime 1 1/2 oz. Tequila 1/2 oz. Orange-flavoured liqueur Coarse salt Sodastream Seltzer Lime wedge (garnish)
Combine lime juice, tequila and orange liqueur over crushed ice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Rub the rim of a margarita glass with a cut lime and dip rim in salt to cover (optional - or use sugar instead.) Pour contents of shaker into the glass, including ice, if desired. Top off with Sodastream seltzer and garnish with a lime wedge.
Cos-Mojito (submitted byBonnie B.) 2 springs of fresh mint leaves 4 oz. Sodastream Seltzer 2 oz. Sodastream Cranberry-Raspberry (diet or regular) 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice Lime wedge for garnish Optional: 1 oz. of vodka
Place half of mint leaves in the bottom of a tall glass with lime juice and optional vodka Muddle mint leaves slightly to infuse mint flavour, if desired Fill glass half way with ice and pour in Cranberry-Raspberry soda. Stir. Top with Sodastream Seltzer Garnish with the rest of the mint and the slice of lime
Mix Sodastream Apple-Peach soda and your favourite white wine in a wine glass (over ice, if you like.) Garnish with apple slice. For best results, both the soda and the wine should be thoroughly chilled.
Pete's Tropical Breeze (submitted by Rich H.) 1 Liter Pete's Choice (highly carbonated – about 6 buzzes) 3 shots coconut rum (brand of choice) 3 cups Crushed ice Small Umbrellas if desired
Add 1 cup of crushed ice to a tall glass (about 12 oz) Pour 1 shot of rum into bottom of glass Carefully add soda to glass as it will fizz big time! A wonderfully festive grown-up soda drink with or without alcohol!
Fizzy O'Melon(submitted by Kadi A.) 1 shot Midori melon liqueur 1 shot lemon-flavoured vodka 8 oz. Sodastream Lemon-Lime soda or sparkling water

Fill a large tumbler with crushed ice Pour vodka over ice, then add Ginger Ale and Pink Grapefruit soda Stir gently to mix Strain into martini glasses and garnish with strawberries Share with your Valentine!
Ginger Julep 4 oz. Sodastream Diet Ginger Ale 2 oz. Unsweetened iced tea 2 oz. Bourbon 1/2 tsp. Sugar substitute 4 sprigs of fresh mint
In a highball glass, muddle (or crush) the leaves from three sprigs of mint and the sugar substitute with the back of a spoon to release the flavour Fill glass with crushed ice Add bourbon and tea, and top with Diet Ginger Ale Stir lightly and garnish with the remaining sprig of mint
Tony Collins(submitted by Anthony M.) 1/3 capful of Sodastream Tonic SodaMix 1/3 capful of Sodastream Orange SodaMix 1/3 capful of Sodastream Pink Grapefruit SodaMix 1 liter of Sodastream Sparkling Water
Combine Tonic, Orange and Pink Grapefruit SodaMix syrup flavours and add to carbonated water Shake gently to mix and allow to settle. Makes 1 liter of Tony Collins mixer Add 6 oz. of mixer to 2 oz. gin over ice for a Collins cocktail Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of orange.
Shooting Star 4 oz. Sodastream Tonic 2 oz. Orange juice 1 1/2 oz. Rum 1 oz. Lime juice
Combine orange juice, lime juice and rum in a cocktail shaker Shake vigorously, and strain over ice Add Tonic, stir gently and garnish with slices of fresh orange and lime
Hawaiian Chicken – serves 6 (submitted by Don S. of CA.) 6-8 chicken breasts (or 6-10 of your favourite pieces) 2-4 cups of Sodastream Orange soda
Place chicken in non-reactive bowl and pour soda over to cover Allow to marinate overnight Grill over medium-high heat until cooked through (internal temperature should register 165F.) Hint from the chef: Marinated meat cooks faster than non-marinated meat so you should adjust your cooking time accordingly.
Ginger Salmon – serves 4 (submitted by Kristy C. of FL) 4 Salmon Filets Sodastream Ginger Ale sodamix 1 small bunch of scallions
Place salmon fillets skin side down in a baking pan Generously coat with Sodastream Ginger Ale sodamix Chop one bunch of scallions (white bulbs and some of green tops) into 1/2" slices and sprinkle on top of salmon. Grill over medium-hot coals to your desired doneness. Note from the chef: “We eat ours at room temperature, or on salad greens. Also goes well with creamed potatoes, or cole slaw as accompanying vegetables. You can also use a whole side of salmon for an impressive presentation.
Cola Carmelized Strip Steaks – serves 4 (inspired by Barbara M. of FL) 4 strip steaks 2 cups Sodastream Cola (finished soda) Package of dry onion soup mix
Place 4 strip steaks in a deep baking dish Rub meat with onion soup mix and pour cola over top Allow to marinate 4 hours or overnight Grill over hot coals to desired doneness Hint from the chef: Marinated meat cooks faster than non-marinated meat so you should adjust your cooking time accordingly.
Cranberry-Ginger Pork Tenderloin – serves 2 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 lb.) 12 oz. Sodastream Cranberry-Raspberry soda ¼ cup of raspberry jam ¼ cup of soy sauce 1 tbsp. fresh grated ginger
Place pork tenderloin in a large zipper bag Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour into bag with pork Allow to marinate 1 hour or overnight Grill over medium high heat for approximately 20 minutes (155-160 degrees internal temperature.)
